2. Orders & Cancellations

All food orders and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Delivery orders may require notice of at least 24 hours.

  • Event bookings may require advance notice and a deposit.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing or via phone at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

3. Payments

We accept payments via:

  • Cash on delivery

  • Bank/E-transfer

  • Card or POS (on pickup)

All payments are due at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions

Customers are advised to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing orders. While we take precautions, our kitchen may handle common allergens like nuts, dairy, seafood, etc.

5. Changes to This Policy
