Tinobless Catering Services values customer satisfaction and strives to deliver high-quality food and professional catering services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. By placing an order or booking with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

🔁 1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A confirmed order is canceled within the approved cancellation window (see Section 2).

  • A product or service was not delivered as agreed, due to an error on our part.

  • There is a proven case of dissatisfaction caused by quality, safety, or misrepresentation of our service, subject to review.

⏳ 2. Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Windows

Service Type: Event Catering

Refund Eligibility Period: Cancelled 48 hours in advance

Conditions: Full refund or reschedule

 

Service Type: Daily Food Orders

Refund Eligibility Period: Cancelled at least 6 hours before delivery time

Conditions: Full refund or credit

Service Type: Custom Orders

Refund Eligibility Period: Must be cancelled within 12 hours of order confirmation

Conditions: Subject to review

💰 3. Type of Refunds

Refunds may be issued in one of the following ways:

  • Full refund – When cancellation is timely and compliant with terms.

  • Partial refund – For situations involving partial service delivery or reduced guest count.

  • Store credit – May be offered in lieu of refund, especially for late cancellations or minor service concerns.

🧾 4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of the incident or delivery.

Please include:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Order date and details

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

⚠️ 5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • Personal taste preferences, when food was properly prepared and delivered.

  • Failure to inform us of dietary restrictions or allergies.

  • No-shows or unclaimed deliveries.

  • Force majeure or unforeseen external disruptions (e.g. weather, road closures).

📌 6. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, returned via the original payment method or as agreed.

🔄 7. Changes to This Policy

Tinobless Catering Services reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
